Nova1Net is now Sparklight — and while the name is changing, our commitment isn’t. You can still expect fast, reliable internet, quality video and phone service, and neighborly local support, now enhanced by expanded self-service tools and next-generation technology designed to make managing your account easier.

If you haven’t already, you can register for your Sparklight online account using your new 16-digit account number. You’ve received messages sharing your new account number, and it also appears on billing statements dated December 2025 or later. Once registered, you’ll be able to review your account, make payments, and re-enroll in Auto Pay if needed. Learn more >
